This insecurity makes people prefer not to talk about the program because the human tendency is to avoid the unknown. Thus, most customers do not even know that a loyalty program exists.

Therefore, train your team to no longer have this weak point! Set aside time to teach them how to use the App, activate and deactivate functions, explain the benefits and timelines clearly, talk about marketing, how to approach the customer, and whatever else is necessary.
