  • Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, among others: These platforms are at an intermediate level of intimacy, not requiring as much preparation as email and being more public than WhatsApp. They serve to entice your client and increase the level of trust in the product/service.
  • In-person: In-person communication needs to be careful not to be intrusive and force an intimacy that does not yet exist. Therefore, it is important to invest in visual information like banners, for example, so the client approaches when they want.
